The parties. “iTypstr,” “we,” and “us” means iTypstr. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” means the travel agency or travel business that purchases a subscription or related service from us. These terms are for business customers, not consumers buying personal products.
Services. We provide access to software platforms (including CRM, communications, automation, calendaring, and related tools), implementation, and support for travel-agency operations. Specific features depend on the plan you purchase. We may use subprocessors and platform vendors to deliver the service.
Fees and billing. Fees are billed in U.S. dollars on a recurring monthly or annual schedule unless a written order says otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize iTypstr and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for the initial amount and each renewal until you cancel.
Customer responsibilities. You must provide accurate billing information, keep account access secure, and use the services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your users, content, and compliance with laws that apply to your own industry, including travel and consumer-protection rules that apply to your clients.
Term and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless we terminate for non-payment or material breach.
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful communications, or resell access except as we expressly allow in writing.
Disclaimer. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, iTypstr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
Promotions. Any promotional pricing, credits, or trial terms are subject to the written offer. When a promotion ends, standard fees apply unless canceled.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court.
Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this website. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms.
